So I got a new job again. The project with my current employer was scrapped because we needed to focus on other projects that generate more revenue. It’s pretty understandable what happened and I’m just glad that he still kept me because of how I performed. Somehow, it makes me feel proud that I do a good job and that I still got it.

I’ve been sleeping late the past few nights. With all the travels I’ve been having, it’s a challenge to adjust to a body cock system that works. Though I’ve been sleeping in the correct time, I’m just having a bit of a time chatting with different people that I tend to lose focus on the work that needs to be done.

I’m back at the office, back to the grind. After 10 days of vacation, I’m supposed to be revved up for work. I’ve been doing a lot of thinking though. On how things would fare if I were to choose a different path than what I have. But words are just superfluous unless there’s action – and action is not something that I want to happen right now.

I’m losing a lot actually. I’m back to my busy days which is actually what transpired last year. I’ve been working in and out of the office in order to meet the daily needs for trips during the previous months. I still have a lot of pending balances that I need to settle and I’ll be able to do that by increasing my salary as well as cutting down on my expenses.

I’m happy that I’m able to read my emails while I’m physically away from the office. So long as I have a decent connection to the internet, I get updated with what’s going on at work. Although a lot of people would say that it’s not healthy as why should I be thinking about work when I’m on vacation, I take this access as a privilege. Besides, I’m online almost everyday and sometimes when I just stare at a blank screen, I opt to read through my messages and be productive rather than surfing social networking sites.

and I’m all restless in the afternoon. I need to adjust my body clock in order to feel at ease and keep an active mind during hours of operation. I’m still trying to get the hang of it and hopefully, I’ll be able to work on other issues.

It’s back to work for me. No trips coming this week or next and I’m planning to save up so I can ensure that I’ll have something to work on and have some more money to spend. I’ll take it easy but I need to work double time.

I’ve a job online and it’s something I’m trying to work on so I can create a good impression to my employer. The task is relatively easy but just boring. I can’t really complain that much since I’m happy enough to get a job. I’ve been searching for a part-time job these days a the money that I’m earning through my day work is only enough to pay off debts and keep the bills running. I badly need the moolah because of trips in the future which will require me to spend.

Once in a while, the company where I work gives certain perks that only they can provide. Such is the case this week. The company is giving away free tickets to screening of the latest Harry Potter (7) to hit the theaters. This is their way of making their employees feel valued which is one of those highlights that one can get in their jobs. Well, I’m glad I’m still included in this list. I wonder if I’ll miss it; when the time comes when I won’t have to expect anything at all.

Holidays were proclaimed on September 9 and September 10 here in Cebu and I’m glad cause I won’t have to work on those days! I work in a department that has its days off during holidays so I’m glad that the announcement came in sooner than I thought.
