I got upset knowing that August 23 is supposed to be a holiday but it’s been moved back to its actual date. I get time off during holidays but with the recent changes due to the new President’s policies, I may have to work more often compared to the previous years.
I requested to have my schedules swapped as I already booked some trips on the supposed holiday. Now I’ll be working over the weekend in order to catch up on the work and have some productivity delivered at the office. Bummer.
