I don’t think I’ll be attending the Christmas Party this Sunday. It’s our annual company event which I’ve been attending for four consecutive years already. Something came up which is preventing me from joining the said activity. I’ll be missing out on a lot but I’ll be doing something else that will keep me busy. I know pictures will be posted and stories will be exchanged but I don’t really count it as something worth worrying. We’ll never know though, maybe things might change it’s course. But even so, I’m just letting things be.

I was tasked by my boss to compile some Christmas songs which will be used to play on the background during our Christmas party. Not sure what came over me but it took me some time to mix tracks and come up with a  set list.

Checking out my plans for this month. I’ve got invitations for photoshoots in different schedules for December. I’m not even sure how I’m going to find time but we’ll see; bahala na. Still not very sure how I’m going to charge these events but

Miserably anticipating so I can finally distribute the money evenly to plastics and other debts. I can’t believe I will have nothing left… NOTHING. But I’m not really complaining. I already enjoyed the advance gifts to myself even before the year had ended. In turn, I can have a number of things to blog about due to the pictures and experiences that were taken in different journeys for this year. In the end, I am more focused and determined to set more goals for myself.

I applied for a Pag-ibig Multipurpose Loan. I know I won’t really get much but I feel that I just need to process this before somebody else might use my name and be charged with fraud. I can’t expect things to go smoothly if that were to happen.

Once in a while, the company where I work gives certain perks that only they can provide. Such is the case this week. The company is giving away free tickets to screening of the latest Harry Potter (7) to hit the theaters. This is their way of making their employees feel valued which is one of those highlights that one can get in their jobs. Well, I’m glad I’m still included in this list. I wonder if I’ll miss it; when the time comes when I won’t have to expect anything at all.

Holidays were proclaimed on September 9 and September 10 here in Cebu and I’m glad cause I won’t have to work on those days! I work in a department that has its days off during holidays so I’m glad that the announcement came in sooner than I thought.

I got upset knowing that August 23 is supposed to be a holiday but it’s been moved back to its actual date. I get time off during holidays but with the recent changes due to the new President’s policies, I may have to work more often compared to the previous years.

We’re back to doing overtime work at the office which is a bummer. I thought that with the minimum number of leaves that were filed, we could’ve met expectations at the end of the month. But NO, we have to render overtime in order to keep up with the tasks.

It’s Friday! I plan to go home so I can sleep right away. Somehow, my after-office hours are dedicated at home while surfing the internet. I do my freelance work at home and as of now I’m swamped with tasks that require me to write articles. But I’m loving the job since I’m not as pressured as before. I can dedicate my time into coming up with good blog entries for my travel site which I am also starting to get serious with.
