So I enrolled, if only for a month. Now my joints are aching for the lack of any strenuous physical activity. But this is only temporary for sure. I’ll probably ask a trainer to plan me a program so I can target the areas I want to develop.

I want to try if I can keep this long enough to get toned properly. I don’t even think I can since last year, I wasn’t really able to do so, and it was more than 2 months. But I’m not giving up. To think that temptations are really abound with food everywhere and desserts too.

I blame Doi for my addiction with cheesecakes. haha. (peace!) But I guess we’ll see, I don’t want to deprive myself of anything knowing that I’m also busy most of the time in the office, I think. Working hard or hardly working? hehe.
