So I submitted my 30-day notice.
I called my manager and informed her of my plans a month back. It’s been a month after and I sent her my letter so that I could finally move on and plan things ahead.
This is one of the biggest decisions I’ve made in my professional career but I know I needed to do this while I’m still young and I don’t have as many commitments compared to when I’ll be a lot older. With this, I can work on other things that are within my field of interest.
This is going to be a scary ride but like they always say, “No guts, no glory.” If I don’t start this today, when will it be?
I hope that the heavens conspire as I open another chapter that will help opening more doors for me. This is something I’ll be facing hopefully in the long term but this is an exciting feeling to begin with.
