Not the wedding, we headed straight to the reception according to the invitation of the groom. An officemate got hitched and is now ending his life as a single man. Good for him.
Went to this wonderful place some time last year. I found peace and calmness there and I’d like to go back; maybe when my budget permits. I figured I post some pictures here as they’re all just stored on my hard drive and it’s eating up space which is such a loss if I won’t be able to use them.
I went cliff jumping there too. Here’s the link of the post if you might find it interesting.
Malapascua Island, North of Cebu
I’m still waiting for my certificate from TESDA and Informatics. Last year, around October, I finished a short course for web design wherein for almost two months, I went to SM City Cebu to sit through a discussion on Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash. It was good cause it was free and I was able to go through the class despite being busy with a number of things.
I called Informatics in SM and they told me that I’ll just have to call them from time to time since they still don’t have the certificates available as they’re waiting for TESDA to send them the documents.
It’s sad knowing the speed of service of public institutions. I’ll just have to wait for it until it arrives which is a total bummer.
So many emails in one single night! I’m not even done with the rest of the tasks and now here’s a bunch that are killing me. I should be glad knowing that I have a good number of opportunities waiting for me to work on but I feel exhausted knowing that there’s been so many things that I need to do and I don’t have enough time to act on them.
This is all my fault because of the way I’ve been lagging when it comes to things that could’ve been done earlier. Now I’m cramming just like any other student who’s working on every project to get his clearance signed — what’s worse, I’m not even a student nowadays. This is a total bummer for me and I have to deal with it or else deal with the consequences and look like a fool in the future.
Shoot.
Thinking about enrolling in an ETEEAP (Expanded Tertiary Education, Equivalency and Assessment Program) again so I can get a diploma in the soonest time possible.
I went to the University of San Jose Recoletos (USJR) last Saturday to check on some courses as well as inquire about the program so I can get that elusive diploma in a lesser time. Besides, given that I’ve already been working for almost 4 years in my current company as well as getting some good working background for 11 months, I believe I’m already qualified for the 5-years work experience course.
They say that USJR is the number one ETEEAP implementor of the country so the quality of education would be better. I’m still checking on my options because it’s been a terribly crazy year for me so far; with all the work that’s been assigned to me both at the office and out.
I hope I can finish all my requirements so I can be assessed properly.
Watched movie for free when a friend treated us out because of their bonus from work. I’m glad I was able to join. It’s nice to receive free stuff, get free passes and other freebies.
and now I’m officially a geekazoid.
No hard chewing, be more conscious, brush my teeth more than the usual and look out for leftover food. Yikes, did I bite more than I could swallow?
I’ll be like this for probably a year.
Haha! Finally! I conquered Apo Island!
Tomorrow will be back to work though, it’s time for a long week of endless excel sheets and data entries. At least I was able to take a break even if it’s a spur.
Created a popart of my colleagues profile one boring day. Glad that she liked it. She blogs at dinnerat8am.blogspot.com.
I feel like I’m pretending to know what I’m doing when I’ve no clue. This is a real bummer because I have to test myself on how capable I am when it comes to handling newer responsibilities and assuming roles. This is harder for me not because I’ve been put into a new environment but it’s because I didn’t expect the task to be huge.
I have to get my act straight – work, work!
